To access Google Classroom:

  1. Go to

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. Click Next.

  4. Enter your password.

  5. Click Next.

  6. If the username and password entered are correct, you will be signed-in successfully.


If your iPad is not working. There is an easy way to fix it. There is a new App on the iPad called the Zscaler App. When you open the zscaler app make sure you enter the student's username (do not include and the student's DOE password.  After you go through all the steps if there is still a problem connecting, then go to iPad settings --> General --> reset --> reset all settings.  Once rebooted, be sure to check Cellular Data is on and Cellular Data Options has Roaming On.

If you do not have the NYCDOE user name or password for your child, you are able to reset the information with your child's OSIS number.
